OKESS’s National U-17 Star Toku to take inter-schools ‘milo’ Soccer by Storm

Emmanuel Toku a.k.a Messi of Osei Kyeretwie SHS will be the star to watch in the upcoming inter-schools soccer competition of the Ashanti Region.

The young diminutive midfielder is an integral member of the National U-17 team, the Black Starlets who are preparing for the African Championship slated for Madagascar.

Emmanuel Toky was very integral for Ghana in the preliminary round having featured for the Starlets in matches against Burkina Fasso and Ivory Coast with Ghana triumphing over the two nations after two legged fixtures. Toku a.k.a. Messi is still eligible to feature of OKESS in this year’s inter-schools soccer competition having featured for them last year where OKESS was eliminated in the early stages.

With his experience and exposure from the national side, OKESS Messi brings a load of experience to Mr. Kwame Amoakohene’s side that will be looking to recapture the glory days where OKESS was a dominant force in sports.

Emmanuel Toku is nimble footed, skillful and trickery with good passing and creativity especially in the middle of the pitch.

The students of OKESS have been talking about their new found star and are hopeful the Toku will carry OKESS to the promise land in this year’s milo soccer competition.

OKESS is drawn in GROUP 9 with ST. HUBERT and BEPOSO SHS in the qualifiers slated for Opoku Ware School on the 18TH of November.
