Tepa Headmaster elected Federation Chairman: Islamic, Amass elected 1st, 2nd Deputy Chairs

ASHANTI REGIONAL SCHOOL SPORTS FEDERATION [ASH SPORTS]

The mantle of leadership of the Ashanti Regional Sports Federation for Senior High Schools was today renewed as the Headmaster of Tepa Senior High School, Mr. Oduro Antwi was overwhelming endorsed by his colleagues to lead the Federation alongside other Heads of Institutions and Representatives of the P. E. Tutors.

The Executive Committee Members were put together through  a keenly contested  Election.

Coach Prince Acheampong [Tactical Sabuto] and Hon Stephen Asamoah [AGAGE] have been elected as Reppresentatives of the P.E. Tutors on the executive committee of the Ashanti Regional Football Federation for the next two years after Thursday 28th September Elections held at Kumasi Anglican Senior High School [Super Kass]

The Experience P.E Tutor of T.I. Ahmadiyya pulled a remarkable 60 votes out of the total votes cast on the day while Hon Stephen Asamoah who is also a Tutor at Juaben Senior High School had 40 Votes to join Tactical Sabuto on the Committee. The Competitors were five but the first two were selected.

The two are going to represent public second cycle schools on the executive committee of the Ashanti Region School Sports Federation.

Chairman – Mr Oduro Antwi (Tepa shs Headmaster)

1st Vice Chairman- Mr Suleman Yeboah (Islamic shs Headmaster)

2nd Vice – Mr Alhaj Yakub A. B. Abubakar (T.I Ahmadiyya shs Headmaster)
