NSMQ Update: Adu Gyamfi SHS unhappy with treatment after narrow defeat to St. Louis

There was drama and near fisticuffs at Opoku Ware school,  the venue of the ongoing Regional qualifiers of the national science and maths quiz when Teachers and Students of Adu Gyamfi SHS complained of unfair treatment and robbery after St.  Louis were declared winners in their contest.

Following a close contest where Adu Gyamfi led the pack from round two through to the last round, the Jamasi based school expressed dissatisfaction about how the quiz master and coordinator were forced to reconsider a particular riddle that had early on been awarded to Adu Gyamfi.  A protest from some Tutors of St. Louis prompted the quiz master to reconsider it. This eventually led to St.  Louis winning the contest by 3 point margin. This move infuriated the Adu Gyamfi team who protested vehemently about the conduct of the quiz master. Two tutors from the two schools were seen exchanging heated words in the midst of the confusion which delayed the program for some time.
