The reliable goalkeeper of Adu Gyamfi SHS has been shortlisted as part of Ghana’s 20 man squad that will compete in zonal qualification tournament in Niger. Clinton Quaye was instrumental for Adu Gyamfi SHS as they won their 5th inter schools soccer competition in the Ashanti Region.
Clinton Quaye is one of the three goalkeepers of the Black Starlets representing Ghana in the competition.
Ghana U-17 [Black Starlets] head Coach Karim Zito have named a 20-man squad to battle for a ticket to next year’s Under-17 Africa Cup of Nations in Tanzania.
The Black Starlets are scheduled to compete in a seven-nation zonal qualifying tournament in Niger from September 2-15.
The winner of this competition picks the ticket to represent Wafu Zone B at next year’s Afcon.
