2021 Independence Debate: YAGSS Conquers Southern Zone To Book A Final Ticket

It has been a tough journey battling it out against hundreds of schools all the way from the Interschool stage to the Southern Sector Zone.
Yaa Asantewaa Girls senior high school once again makes the region proud. They were involved in a challenging contest against contestants from Western North Region, Central Region, Volta Region, Western Region, Eastern Region, Oti Region, Greater Accra Region and won the contest with 81.3 points and will now face the winners of the Northern sector in a mouth-watering contest in Accra. Yaa Asantewa Girls makes it to the finals for the second year running after narrowly losing out to Mfantsiman Girls last year at the Great Hall of KNUST.
The girls are poised this time to win the bragging rights for the Ashanti Region.
The Ashanti Regional SRC congratulates Yaa Asantewaa Girls for this uncommon feat.
